Paolo Lanapoppi is the president of "Pax in aqua" (Peace in Water), an association that fights the wave motion, a factor of degradation of lagoon and palaces and an obstacle to a soft use of the Lagoon of Venice. In this letter, published in the Gazzettino of Veniceon the 8th of January under the title “Sublagunar (underwater) subway, between perplexity and indecision”, Lanapoppi points out a serious deficit of our democratic society.
